Return, Refund and Cancellation

 

At Greyy Elephant, we are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and engaging learning experiences for your little ones. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help! Please read our policy carefully to understand our cancellation, replacement, and refund process.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns & Replacements

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. However, we will offer a replacement in the following cases:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • If any essential part of the Learning Box is missing.

To request a replacement:

  • You must record a video while unboxing the package to show any damage or missing items.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@greyyelephantlearningbox.com with the unboxing video and order details.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Your order was canceled within the allowed timeframe.
  • A replacement is unavailable for a defective or incorrect product.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. How to request a Replacement or Refund

  • Take an unboxing video while opening your package to document any issues.
  • Email us at info@greyyelephantlearningbox.com within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number, a clear unboxing video showing the problem, a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, we will initiate the replacement or refund process.
